Learn MoreDr. Green has helped my team of 25 to learn about, explore and consider issues of psychological health and self-care in the context of diversity and social justice work. He's provided a depth of understanding, a capcity to engage us experientially and meaningfully, a gentle container for our frustrations and disappointments, and a pathway to renewed energy and hope. I'd like to keep him on retainer!
Chief Diversity OfficerDr. Green's workshop on Addressing Racial Trauma with Clients of Color could not have been more powerful. Dr. Green was an excellent speaker. He was warm, genuine, accepting and honoring. He modeled everything he asked the CAPS staff to provide to their clients of color. His case studies brought the information to life. Every clinician left the workshop with a richer and broader understanding of how to work with clients of color.
Mental Health Counselor, Counselling and Psychological ServicesI wanted to send you a special thank you message for the work you did with the staff at CCSD. The experience was helpful and engaging. It was personally meaningful to me, but more importantly, it was meaningful to the staff and to my leadership. We will be taking some steps to work in an ongoing way on managing our privilege and engaging our differences while managing our defenses and anger.
